Hi. I have a score of 509 and I'm expecting to be picked in the next CEC/STEM draw. I wish to keep my documents ready. I'm traveling to India on Oct 25th and returning on Mar 31st (5 months).
If I apply for PCC from Canada now and if I receive the PCC and ITA before leaving for India, is it okay to apply with it and then go to India? or should I get one from here and one from there and submit both? If I receive ITA when I'm in India, can I apply for a PCC there and submit all the documents when I'm outside the country?
What is the best way to handle this?
