Not sure of PCC from police station for residents of Punjab

Canada immigration site for sure mentions PCC can be obtained from SSP Police for Punjab candidates, but I have seen one case rejected and one accepted when both were using local PCC. To ensure seamless PCC acceptance, use the PSK one.

To answer your question, just one PCC is needed. Preferably, PSK one.

Sonam, I would suggest you to go to passport office which is better option I guess. I am resident of Punjab too and I have applied from passport office.
