Need clarity on PCC. I had lived in Dubai for 12 yrs and moved to NZ 4 years ago. I want to come on a study permit to canada. I have not visited UAE after I have left in 2014.
If I get a PCC now before study permit for UAE should I provide PCC again if I want to apply for residency even if I have not visited the country after leaving .Does it hold if it is provided once after leaving the country .

The PCC should good for Express Entry if issued after the last time you left UAE, unless it has an expiration date (in that case IRCC *might* ask for a new one).
