PCC with change in nationality

Have a query regarding obtaining the required PCCs.

I used to carry an Indian passport until 2009 when I changed nationality to a country in the EU. I have made multiple business and personal trips to the US with both my Indian passport and my EU passport. Now, when I add up the travel days to the US, I find it to be less than 6 months when taking into account only travels made on the EU passport, however, if I add up my travels made on the Indian passport as well, I end up with more than 6 months.

I never had an SSN in the US, so in the above case, is it enough with just a PCC from the EU country, or EU county+India or do I need one from the EU country, India and the US ?

EU Country, India and USA - you must obtain PCCs from all. Irrespective of how many passports you held/hold, if you have spent 6 months or more in a country, you must obtain PCC for that country.
