Hi,
I need to translate my Germany PCC from German into English.
I heard from someone that the translation has to be done by ATIO (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario).
Is that true?
Or can I find some random company/translators online and attach their certification/notarization?
Please help.
Thank you
No, not true. This is another option. As per IRCC,
Any document that is not in English or French
must be accompanied by
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation, if required.
So, the original document + translation + an affidavit will suffice. Good Luck!

Thank you so much for your help.
I talked to some translation companies, they don't provide affidavit, since affidavit is provided by individual translators. The translation company will, however, provide their certification which assures the correctness of the translation.
Instead provide affidavit, can I just submit the translation and the certification or/and a notarization?
Thank you
