I had mailed my PPC application last week to Consulate General of India in Houston. Tracking shows that the package has reached, but was delivered to a mailbox. There is no mailbox number on the address, so am bit worried if my package has been delivered to right place or not.
Is there a way to track PCC applications at Houston? I tried calling them but no luck.
Assuming that the address you sent it at was correct, wait for a few days until they add the receipt to their system and then call them again.
Luckily, I was able to go there in person and get the PCC letter the very same day(within few hours). While I was there last month, I saw the person at the reception manually add information from the application to their system and then forward it to the right department.
