Hey,
I applied my PR file with Indian PCC which I got in India when I was stuck there due to covid but after applying my consultant told me to get PCC through BLS as well as many file get rejected due to pcc done in India itself. I applied for PCC through bls on July 15 and it get delivered in bls office through purolater next day but after so many days I still didn’t get any email and moreover it show no record found on their website whenever I tried to track my application. Please let me know what to do as this is freaking me out.
It's taking 4-5 weeks for the application status to reflect on BLS site if postal application. And then taking another 2-4 weeks for processing. You have reason to freak out if it's outside these timelines.
Technically there is no reason to reject PCC if it's done in India. I haven't seen any cases in the forum. But still if the consultant is recommending that then go with it!

A bit similar problem. I had applied for PCC through BLS in Vancouver on 26th June and sent the documents through Purolater, which they received on June 30th. Till 27th of July, the tracking just showed "No records". On 27th, it showed up and said on the way to Consulate. On 30th, it shows "Processing at consulate". My concern is, it shows 27th july as the application date, not June 30th when they actually received it. I am worried it might take 4 to 6 weeks from now, and all the days from June 30th have been wasted. Should I take it up with them and complain? The status has only changed after multiple calls from me and escalating it on their website. Or is this normal process? I am just concerned as I was planning to travel in mid-august to India and I also have Health check-ups to be done before I go. Please advise. Thank you.

That's normal for all postal application. It shows up only in 3-4 weeks, but what I have observed is all applications towards end of June took 4 weeks to reflect in BLS tracking. But once it's reflected on their site, then it depends on police verification. But it's highly unlikely to receive it by mid-Aug. You can view the other thread with multiple cases from different states in India.

Aug 4: Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate.
Aug 11: Verification done (delay due to independence day) | Processing at Consulate General
Aug 13: Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance. | Processing at Consulate General
Aug 20: Police Clearance Certificate has been printed. | Processing at Consulate General
Aug 24: In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre #morning
I applied for pcc on 14th Nov and was told by the customer care to get the receipt I need to call them again. So I did I got an email address in which I had to write my passport number and a request for the receipt. I need the receipt so that I can send it to cic for my citizenship application. I was told that within 24hrs I'll get the response. Now what I got in response is that I need to provide them with the following information.
1. Certificate issued form which state in india.
2. Is there any state level pre authentication done on your certificate.
3. The certificate need to be attested for which country.
4. Scanned copy of the certificate to be attested (front and the back).
I simply don't understand what's all this. I just needed a receipt for my application. Now what do I do?
