Dear , i wld like to know that what would be the validity of PCC where i have spent 8 yrs from 2001 to 2009.
In dec 2009 i came back to India for good. Now i hv PCC issued to me by the Ghana POLice authority as on JAn 2010.Now would it be accepatable in CHC. As i have left the country Ghana for good is my PCC would be ok as i am staying in India after DEC 2009 or i have to get a new one.

Pls advice

"Applicants should normally wait to apply until they receive a written request for a police certificate from the High Commission, Accra". This is what it says on your visa office. Since they did not mention any time frames, I think you can submit the one you got in Jan 2010.

Hi

CIC says at the time of submitting the pcc it should not be older than 3 months thats why they say its better to wait for first AOR before you get pcc.

Dear ,

thanks for your advice. But my point is that since i have left the country for good and i am in India after that how would the question of 3 apply to my case. I have got a certificate on date that i dont have any criminal record in their books. So if it is issued to me and after that i have not traveled to that country again.Coz it takes bloody $ 300 for each person,

Pls advice
