If you already submitted your PR application you do not need to provide any new PCC.
But if you have not, you should get a new PCC for Pakistan which mentions your last day of exit, or if you have the provision to apply for one from Pakistani embassy in UAE
You would have moved to UAE only when you were 18 yrs and above from Pakistan ?
So they need the PCC which mentions the time spent in Pakistan from 18 yr onwards till your last day in Pakistan
I stayed in Pakistan till I was 23. I m now 31. Since 23 I have never stayed in Pakistan for than 6 months. In my personalized document checklist I have to upload my Uae and Pakistani certificate uae PCC was issued on 4th April 2018 and Pakistani 24 July 2018. I can’t submit my eAPR while I m in Pakistan becuz POF letter from uae bank will only be issued when I m physically present in uae but if I leave Pakistan my Pakistani PCC will be null and void as the issue date is before my departure
