PCC Question - Indian Citizenship Applicant

Hi guys,

Had a couple of queries related to the PCC required along with my citizenship application.

1. I will become eligible for citizenship around end of January 2020.
2. Is it alright to apply for the PCC from Indian Consulate around July 2019?
3. I do not intend to visit India between July 2019 and January 2020, so would a PCC issued more than 6 months before the citizenship application date be a problem?
4. Also, on my Indian passport, the address is still the old Indian address (never updated to the Canadian address). Would this cause a problem during issuance of PCC? Or, do I need to first update my address to the Canadian address on the passport and then apply for PCC?
