I had to change the address on my passport for PCC (India). I received a clear PCC report from Indian Embassy with my OLD passport number on it. The PCC is not more than 6 months old, I have received an ITA from CEC class. So can I submit the PCC with OLD passport number and provide detail of both my OLD and NEW passport to IRCC? as NEW passport consists details of OLD passport or do I need to apply for PCC again?
