HELLO GUYS,
I FILLED APLICATION FOR PCC ON PASSPORT SEVA AND AFTER I REALIZED I PUT WRONG ADRESS. SINCE I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS AND PAY ANY FEES TO BLS CANADA. SHOUL I MAKE NEW APPLICATION WITH CORRECT ADRESS? OR SHOULD I CALL BLS ?
