The last time I lived in Vietnam for 7 months was in 2014. In May 2016, I traveled back to VN to visit my family for 1 month, and I got my PCC which was issued on May 27. I go back to Canada on June 2. Since then I have never gone back to VN. Do I need a new PCC?
