Dear Seniors,
Please help me advising whether I should obtain my PCC from Passport office or Police station. I am from Punjab, applied under NOC 2263. I am presently in Angola and coming India in 2 days, I have applied through WWICS, Amritsar. They told me since you are coming please obtain the PCC and submit to them. When I ask them they said Passport office will be fine thus looking all of your advises.
