PCC - Indian Consulate or Local Police Station

Hello everyone.

I'm planning to submit my application this month but need to get Police Clearance Certificate from India first.

I know there's a process to get PCC from Indian Consulate/BLS here in Canada but wondering if anyone knows/used a PCC from local police station in India?

It's part of the checklist if you spend more than 6 months in a country other than Canada, you need to submit PCC along with the application.

Yes. You can get PCC from India online and you can nominate name of your blood relation in INDIA to collect the PCC. It is free of cast. I also got the PCC by applying online. You search on google and you will get the solution. If you will apply through Consulate General of India, it is costly with long waiting period. I got my PCC from SSP Mohali.
