For PCC, i live in my hometown but in my passport address is bangalore and for my spouse , address in passport is delhi (we used to work there) .
From where i am supposed to get PCC from passport office
The Indian PCC is not related to a state, it's for the country. You can get it from anywhere. For example I am from. Hyderabad and my wife's passport was issued in Bangalore and we lived Dubai. So we got the pcc from the Indian embassy in Dubai. So like I said pcc is for a country and not state specific so get it from anywhere.
