PCC Help- Indian Consulate or FBI

Hi All- am an Indian living in US for the past 2-3yrs on H1B visa.

Do i get PCC done from Indian Consulate in Chicago or FBI?

there is a section on cic which has the FBI format is this what i need go with or is it indian consulate

Both. Indian PCC from Indian Consulate and US PCC from FBI.

You need a PCC from every country that you have visited or lived for more than 6 months in total.

Indian consulate for India and FBI for US.......You must provide both
