PCC Help and Guidance needed (Police Clearance Certificate)

Dear All,
Need your guidance to get PCC. Do i need to get PCC from Pune Commissioner's office or Passport Seva Kendra?

Also, its been 4 years i have been working in Pune, however on passport my permanent address is of Lucknow (different state). In such case at which location do i need to apply for PCC, Pune or Lucknow?

Get it from PSK. As your current residence and permanent address is different it takes more days to get your PCC. One option would be to apply for PCC in Lucknow with supporting documents to show that you are resident there.
