PCC from UK

Hello Friends ,

I am from India and i lived in UK for 9 months . I need PCC from UK , currently i am in Canada on visitor visa and wife is on work permit.
Which address i should mention in my present address while applying for PCC ? I dont have Canada address proof but i want PCC letter here in Canada. My wife does have Canada address proof . Any suggestions please?
