I wonder what is the difference in two? What the first one is for? I have sent the PCC from Local Police Commissioner. Is it OK? Please guide.
 
As far its valid and regionally accepted... PCC from any resources would be fine. I think you are from India, I have read many posts that you can obtain your PCC from passport offices as well from police offices.
