PCC from New Zealand

Hi Friends,

I am Nikhil Sharma, I was in New Zealand for 3.5 years, I have applied for FSW 2014 and last week I have received my AOR.

I would like to know, CIC will accept the letter from ministry of justice from New Zealand, as New Zealand police they do not provide any PCC they do not have any process for PCC for people applying for PR for Canada.

I would really appreciate if any one can help me for the same.

Small question, I have submit the form at the time of PCC request during medical request and CIC will perform the PCC.

Newzealand Pcc can take time...but fortunately cuz I had newzealands drivers license as id proof. I got PPR within 2 and half months. My time line is

App date - 19 Nov
PER - 11 Feb
Second AOR (Warsaw) - 17 March
SLU - 27 April
MR - 11 May
Medicals done - 12 May
TLU - 20 May
PPR - 6 August
DM - 6 August

If any of you are facing problem, try getting Newzealand Pcc on your own behalf after waiting for about 3 months after filling consent to disclosure form. You can write to privacy @ police.govt.nz and simply tell them you want your own personal history information from Newzealand police. Send your id proofs along. Write your name, dob, address of Newzealand and present address. They send it out within 10 to 20 days by email. Forward it to embassy, all should be good.
