Dear Members,

I am writing this post to know if any other member of the forum has been successful without PCC libya and was a former resident of Libya. On CIC website, it is mentioned that if we were a former resident of Libya then we are not required to get it. However, I just wanted to know if anybody else experiences it.

Looking for any possible advice.
