Hi guys I have a query regarding the pcc. My work permit is expiring on April 17 and it takes almost 6 weeks for pcc so can I submit for application without pcc from India and send it later to the officer as by doing this way I can apply for the work permit after getting the file number.

Are you in Canada, and will your PCC be processed at the CGI Toronto? I got the Indian PCC in less than 3 weeks from BLS, Brampton. I don't think you can submit your PR application without the Indian PCC. Will be returned as incomplete.
