PCC from embassy

Hi Friends,

I am CEC Inland applicant. I am originally form Pakistan.
I have submitted my e-APR and have received AOR. I uploaded by PCC that I received from Pakistan police station.

Was I supposed, instead, to get a PCC from pakistani embassy in Canada ?

Does any body know , how to get PCC frrom pakistani embassy ?

I just heard that someone's e-APR is rejected as incomplete...
That applicant thinks, it is rejected because PCC was not from embassy....
