Can someone please let me know what is the process of getting a PCC from Indian Consulate at Houston? I can see on the CGI website the requirements for PCC but there is no mention of the address the documents need to be posted to.
Do I need to visit the consulate in person with all the documents? How long will it take to get the certificate?
