We're applying for express entry, my wife is Egyptian and currently residing and working in Saudi Arabia, one year ago she got a Bahrain residency permit which is still valid for work purpose. Since then she barely stayed in Bahrain, maybe total of 30 days scattered all over this year. so my question is do we have to get PCC from Bahrain knowing that she is the main sponsor for our application.

Only if she lived there for 6 months or more. So no...
But agents can make a request for PCC later during the process for any document they believe is relevant to the application.
