PCC from 18 birthday ?

I have been living in the same place for more then 20 years, can i use this whole span for PCC , or it is mandatory for period after 18 birthday.Please help going for PCC today ?

Your PCC will never mention from When to When (Time Frame).

You will get it for your past. So dont worry. Make sure you get for the entire country..

Eg. If your living in India, make sure you take from Passport Seva Kendra and not Local Police Station.

If it covers the period starring from your 18th birthday till today, it is fine.

Btw i did not find clear "after 18 birthday req." on the CIC official requirements for EE.Can you please guide where it is written.
