PCC for spouse

Hi friends
I need to obtain the PCC for my wife. She doesn't have an address proof in her name from the house she is living post marriage.
Her passport also mentions her parental home address.
What can I do in such a scenario?

1)Apply for bank account and get a bank passbook and that should be fine...
2) If working private organization , get hard copy address proof

any one of these will work...

for#1 , it should be 6 months old bank accounts ...with couple of transaction ( this we learned from RPO officer)

No Citi Bank please ,RPO will not accept Citi Bank address... Bad experience for us .

You can apply PCC at her old address if you want.
