PCC for my husband

I am in Canada got married in India stayed for 1 and half years and just came back to Canada. I have all the documents ready. But I missed/forgot to bring the original police clearance certificate of my husband whom I am going to sponsor. I have the photocopy of the PCC which we got. Also attested copy of his passport which states he got police clearance for Canada on so and so date. My question is can I submit the application package with photocopy PCC and later send the original PCC after I get the file number ? Or I should get the PCC sent by my husband and submit the full proper application package. Please help. Looking to submit it without any delay.

You do get an option to submit PCC and pay any pending fees in your AOR email from New Delhi after your Sponsorship Approval email. You have to send it to New Delhi at that time.
