PCC for India while in the US

Hey guys,

On the NY Consulate General PCC page - https://www.indiacgny.org/pages.php?id=87 - the first point reads -
Download the Miscellaneous Application form and fill it up carefully. Each parent is required to fill up separate Miscellaneous Application form and affix his/her photograph on the same.

If I'm the only person applying for an Express Entry PR, and hence, am the only one requiring a PCC, do I really need to have my parents submit that form too?
My folks are in India, if they have to submit this form too and it has to be an original hard-copy (as opposed to a print-out or a fax of the original completed form), they'll have to courier the documents to me.

No, you need to submit your own application.
