Hi forum members,
I did my masters degree in the University of Melbourne (Victoria) in Australia. During my studies I never continuously studied in Australia for more than 183 days in a row.
Below are the details of all my trips to Australia and duration of stay in each trip.
Trip 1: Arrived- 19/02/2017 | Departed- 13/06/2017
Trip 2: Arrived- 23/07/2017 | Departed- 16/11/2017
Trip 3: Arrived- 25/02/2018 | Departed- 22/06/2018
Trip 4: Arrived- 23/07/2018 | Departed- 08/11/2018
I wasn't expecting the E-APR to ask me for a PCC from Australia as none of these trips lasted more than 183 days and I mentioned the same in my travel history.
However, I did get the Australian federal police check done just in case.
To my surprise the system did ask for Australia PCC and I uploaded the document that I had procured.
Unfortunately I missed the part where I need to get a letter from Vic Roads stating I never held a driving license in Australia and submitted the application without that letter and did not include an LOE. I figured this out a day after submitting the application. I immediately raised a webform notifying IRCC of this oversight and the above mentioned reason for the same. I informed them that I have written to Vicroads requesting for this letter.
I received the letter from Vic Roads a day later and submitted it via web form. I received a confirmation email from IRCC that this document is now part of my file.
I am concerned at the moment if the case officer reviewing my file will consider the web-form document. Could someone please advise me on this ?

Not sure if that is correct because i have lived in Sydney, Australia all my life and i only submitted an AFP PCC and that's it, I wasnt asked for anything else till my PPR, only if you have ever lived in Victoria or Queensland they require your driving record.
For Queensland with no DL history,
What documents can be submitted as certified documents apart from passport (category A) and one bank debit card( category B)
What other category B can be submitted as we have only one bank debit card.
