Hey everyone,
My sister’s study permit extension get rejected and right now she has no status in Canada but now she get married to Canadian citizen and she is gonna apply for her spouse PR application but they need pcc for application, bls refused to do anything as he has no valid status in Canada, please let me know if there is any other way we can get the pcc of india for her without going with bls.
