PCC Delhi(Delhi Police Website vs PSK)

Hi Everyone,

Which is the better option to get PCC from Delhi. As per CIC, we can use one of the two options,
Delhi Police web site
Passport Seva Kendra

Which of the two has faster processing time? I had a passport issued in July and police verification for that was conducted in June.

Psk is faster. You get it the same day usually if you go to the psk that serves the address in your passport.

Thanks. One more question, In the PSK online application, there is a reason for PCC question. It has following options:
Residence Permit
Immigration Purposes other Citizenship
both of these sound similar, which one is applicable. Or is it immaterial, does the PCC report state this purpose. Can I get this on my Express Entry account?
