I have submitted my application a month back. I got my PCC right before lockdown and literally had little time to get it. However, my PCC has 2 date formats within it.

My profile mentions 8th may 2013 and 9th may 2013. Will that be okay that the format is different? Or should i raise a webform explaining the format?
