Do I need a new UK PCC when applying for my new application? I lived in Uk for 4years between 2012 to 2016. I applied for common law and i submitted my UK PCC but got refused the reasons been that the officer was not satisfied that i cohabited for 1 year with my partner, right now, im planning to get married in march and reapply in may this year. I'm confused whether I need a new UK PCC for my new application in may since I have not been to the UK since my last application and I won't be going there again

Police certificates are generally only valid for 6 months and given you do not want to show any reason for failure again I would personally just swallow the cost (45UKP) just to be sure its nothing in scheme of things for a long term future
