Why everybody says that we need PCC from every country where we have lived over 6 month since we turned 18 years, when the CIC website says this? For spouse sponsorship guide:
  • The country where you (or they) currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more.
    and

  • The country where you (or they) have spent most of your (their) life since the age of 18.
What I understand is, for inland app we are currently in Canada and we don't have to provide a canadian PCC ( in my case i don't have more than 6 month), and the country where i spend most of my life in my case is my home country ( I provided the PCC from my country with app).

So I don't understand because they don’t say we have to provide a PCC from EVERY country we lived before ( in my case i lived in spain for 2.5 years, a few years ago) and to get PCC is really hard to get, I received an AOR already but i want to make sure i have to get it later.

When I applied I got pcc from all counties I ever stayed longer than 6 months. So, I think you need one pcc from Spain too.
