Pcc clarification

Hi All,

My address and travel history is as follows:
Address A (Home Country) = Since birth to 04-05-2018
Address B (home Country) = 05-05-2018 to current
Uae visit visa = 18-01-2016 to 14-04-2016
Uae work visa = 13-08-2016 to 29-05-2017

My PCC's cover all these addresses exactly.

My question is do I need mention my address A as ''since birth" to "18-01-2016" (uae visit date) and further or the entire period "since birth" to 04-05-2018 : covering the whole period is enough?

I hve the pcc from both home and uae. Home country's pcc is covering the entire period including the time i spent overseas. Will this be a problem? This is what I am trying to clarify
