PCC BEFORE ITA

Hi Folks,

Can I apply for PCC before ITA ? I came to Canada when I was 17 so do I even need PCC from India or either Canada ?

I believe you need pcc for countries you spent 6 months or more in total after the age of 18. For country specific instructions, kindly follow guidelines on cic website.
Yes you can get it before ITA as long as your score is high enough to get you an invitation before the pcc expires and as long as the country you are getting your pcc from doesnt specify otherwise ( some request an official letter before they process pcc).
