Am sending my PCC application Houston consulate and have couple of questions.

- Last question on PCC form - "Country for which Police Clearance is applied for" - This should be Canada right (since am applying for Canadian PR)?
- The link doesn't say anything about notarization of documents. Should the documents be notarized?
