My husband and me plan to apply for our PCC tomorrow in Toronto Indian Embassy / Indian designated office . I was checking the requirements online and the form has a table where we need to fill in details of each place where we have stayed in the past. Both me and my husband have stayed in various cities throughout our education and work life as well as stayed at multiple addresses in the same city. Do we need to mention
Only our last address in India OR
Address of the city where our passports were issued OR
Each and every address we have lived at in the past irrespective in the same city or not
Example: My deatails:
Srinagar, J&K - Birth till 12th Class
Pune, Maharashtra - Engineering 4 years
New Delhi - Work 1 year
Noida, Uttar-Pradesh - Masters 2 years
Mumbai, Maharashtra - Work 1 Year
Pune, Maharashtra - Work 3 years (Staying with Friends)
Pune, Maharashtra - Work 2 years (Staying with Husband in Pune but at a different address)
Please advice.....we do not want any unnecessary delays because of any additional information we fill in the form.
Apologies if I confused you....my Query is about the following:
In the address table on the form do we need to mention only our latest address in India OR Address of the city where our passports were issued OR Each and every address we have lived at in India in the past, irrespective in the same city or not.
Example:
My details:
Srinagar, J&K - Birth till 12th Class
Pune, Maharashtra - Engineering 4 years
New Delhi - Work 1 year
Noida, Uttar-Pradesh - Masters 2 years
Mumbai, Maharashtra - Work 1 Year
Pune, Maharashtra - Work 3 years (Staying with Friends)
Pune, Maharashtra - Work 2 years (Staying with Husband in Pune but at a different address)
Please advice.....we do not want any unnecessary delays because of any additional information we fill in the form.
I would suggest, to print two forms, one with recent addresses and one with all the addresses.
Now you won't have all the addresses fit it in 3 rows, so just ask the BLS representative. You can make changes while submitting your file at the counter. Be sure to arrive 30 mins to 1 hr early. It packs up fast.
