PCC and travel history

Hi,

I am currently living in Canada and I am going to be submitting my documents in response to the ITA. Based on my travel and address history I am getting my PCC for UK, US and India.

After I submit my documents and after I get my eAPR, can I travel to these countries?

I tried searching the forum and didn’t find an exact thread if I could travel after the eAPR (most of them tell that I can’t travel only till the eAPR). It would be great if you could let me know / point me to an existing thread
