PCC and Passport for Outland spousal covid-19

I know many of us have not got AORs after mid FEB 2020. I sponsored wife in mid MAY 2020. 2 things were not submitted due to covid-19 situation, a copy of her ppt and original PCC. Now she has got her new 1st Passport and PCC which we need to submit when asked ( I guess not rt away). My Q is does she need to send this PCC by courier to me here OR email me a nice colored copy which I could upload when asked with file number ! A colored Scanned copy will be acceptable ?

I found this info from Google RE: PCC of Express Entry category not our Spousal Outland. Any advice will be appreciated so she don't have to courier PCC.
"Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in colour. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete."

Almost ; We all have to do this , sending at least PCC is main Q

Just send it via web form when you get an AOR1. If they ask for hard copy, then send it like that way. But as far as I know, when Schedule A and PCC were asked in between the process, they needed to be uploaded in GCKey and not sent via mail. So, I believe you are good to send using a web form because it will eventually get attached to your file.
