Dear Friends,
I submitted (Delhi) my PCC, Bank Statement and related papers thru an agency on 05 July, 2010. At that time agency told if everything goes well, i will get medical call from Embassy within 2 months. But till today (19 Dec, 2010) I don't have any response. It is going to be 6 months. For my query he replies as soon as he get any information, he will get back to me. When I tired to log in and check my status it takes me to a page which says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: ....." and even he is not giving me login details to see my status. (I never got a chance to log in).
Dear friends if any of you waiting for medical call or received medical call please let me know when you submitted PCC and Bank statement? Also my cash is blocked in account expecting 2 months!
Thanks and regards,
Reshma

lag gaye loray....
you are in big trouble. either your consultant is defrauding you or you are not putting the right details. where he sent your first application, to cio or direct to new delhi visa office, did you receive any aor???
send case specific enquiry to new delhi visa office
reshma
initial application always need to send to cio and not to visa office directly. your consultant has made a mistake. confirm with your consultant where he sent your initial application
when initial application goes to cio they issue you aor. only then you send full documents to visa office
i think either your consultant has no knowledge or he is defruading you
how much you paid him
thx
until now i paid 60,000 INR for agency plus embassy fee. But agency gave me an email print which shows the payment made in Delhi Embassy. With that receipt i just guised they sent the file to Delhi. May be they have given to cic canada.
But could you kindly let me know how long it will take to get medical call after submitting PCC and bank statement?
Regards

reshma, which agency you talkin about, is he some consultant?? indian embassy has mistakenly charged you fees which will be refunded later.
can you confirm have you applied for FSW(federal skilled worker)
i repeat inital application always goes to cio, canada not to indian embassy. your agency / consultant has no knowledge what he is doing.
your application must have been returned to your agency. ask agency where they sent your initial application.
i am giving you the link for guide lines on how to apply for fsw. click the link and see the information

canadian embassy in delhi can only charge you RPRF(right of permanant resident fee). initial fee 550 cad is always charged by CIO, canada
Reshma, I know my friend who send her documents to Delhi visa office on June 12, 2010 got a call to send her medicals on 29th November 2010. So I guess you can exept a response sometimes early next month as per the current delayed processing. I am just guessing. I also know another guy waiting for medicals who has sent all documents on July 14th this year. The visa processing is going on, but its quite delayed as compared prior to April this year.
It also depends on the details you provided on your application, if you have any unclear info, then they may keep it for a verification which can further delay the process.
I think you dont need to worry at this point of time. If you dont hear anything by the end of next month, ask your consultant to send a case specific enquiry so that you will come to know about your staus.
Whats your NOC ?
Sans_May2010
Thanks for your reply my NOC is Nurse
My friend who got the passport request is also a Nurse. She is planning to go to Alberta. I heared Nurses going to Alberta is getting faster processing because of Nurse shortage in Alberta. I dont know the correctness of this fact, but I heared from a Consultant.
