My wife has landing papers since 1997, she was eligible for citizenship in 2001, my son has his since 1998. We left north America in 2003, to work in the gulf area and we went never back. I’m a Canadian citizen and I do not know the validity of their landing long sheet , it’s probably invalid any more, how can get them PR card? Are they allowed to enter Canada with what they have right now? If I have to re-apply for them what are the forms etc.
