Can anyone explain what is the amount of payment we need to make at each step like Profile creation, when we receive ITA and when we get the PR?

Processing fee ($550) payable while submitting eAPR and right of permanent residence fee ($490) after approval. You can also pay both the fees together in the beginning.

This is for a single applicant.
 
As explained by Maverick, it will cost you a total of CAD 1040. Check out the CIC link explaining fees for different categories of immigration.
