I made a payment online for visa extension, and I have the receipt. I decided to apply online and I am ready to submitt my application the only thing is at the end they ask you to pay the fees. The problem is I do have the receipt but I can not upload it. What can I do? Should I pay again for it?
I have a similar problem. But in my case, I apply for a visitor visa for the first time.
In other words, I made a payment before I submit all the paper they require. Then, they ask me to pay again.
I am not sure how to indicate my receipt number, or do they consider that I completely submit the application?
I think the solution might be the same, but I do not know how. And I am waiting for help too.
