Payment failed on BOWP

Hi guys I tried last night and this morning to make a credit card payment for my BOWP,when I click transmit and pay I get a receipt page with the message payment failed.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I know its not a funds problem as I made sure there was more money than I needed on the card for the visa's.

I face similar problem with VISA then tried with Mastercard payment went successful. I am not sure it was VISA problem or not but it happened with me.

Hi,it was the visa card that failed,yet it has been fine for paying for every part of my residency.
I will try on Monday then call the visa card people to see if theres any problems,I topped up the credit card as well,might have to top up the mastercard and try that instead then.

Strange,I tried again today and it worked first try lol.
Hope that I get COPR before they process the BOWP application,I could spend that $655 on plenty of other things.
