Paying RPRF Separately?? Help?

We didnt pay this fee at the beginning of our app, and now that we have received medical and biometrics today, we decided to pay it today. We followed instructions in email and theres no option to pay only the RPRF? Theres only the option to pay 1050 or pay the 550 that we paid at the beginning of the application? How can we do this?

Better would be to tell others how you did it just in case it's useful to someone.

Basically, the link they gave to pay the fee, you click on immigration and then I was clicking on "spouse, partner or children" link under the family sponsorship tab, but actually I had to go under the permanent residence tab to find a specific link for the "right to permanent residence fee". So its not with the sponsorship section. I guess bc under all the different types of PR you have to pay the RPRF either way.
