I didn't pay the ROPR fee when I submitted the application, and have now been asked to pay it. The letter directs me to
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp . When I select UK, Permanent Residence & ROPR Fee - for express entry, this sends me to the log in page for my account.
But there is no way to pay inside the my CIC account. There is an upload field for a pdf requested document being the fee, presumably to upload a receipt. But how do I pay it?!
