Paying PR app early acceptable?

Is it ok to pay my PR application 1-2 weeks before sending it? Me and my partner just became eligible as common law this last week and I want to use the receipt when I send my visitor extension for the third time so I can show them I am serious.

You can pay it months or even years in advance. There is no time limit

Yes you can pay as long as you pay the right fee
